Announcing Distillery Lane Ciderworks’ Fifth Annual “It’s All About the Apples” Festival on Saturday and Sunday, October 7th & 8th, from 10:00 to 5:00.

Come join us and explore such topics as:

  • why apples grow well on our farm (soils and geology);
  • how our orchard was planned and planted to produce the unique variety of fruit needed to produce our international award-winning hard ciders;
  • why one apple is great for hard cider and another for pie;
  • what is the role of the honey bee in the orchard.

We will be featuring 14 hard ciders and introducing a fabulous new English “scrumpy-style” cider called “Plain Dealing.”  Hard cider tastings will be available all day to our visitors over 21.  We will also provide fresh cider samples and tastings of dozens of varieties of apples grown here.  We will have several local food trucks for the perfect complement to our apples and cider.  While drinking cider and enjoying delicious food, you can enjoy cider pressing demonstrations, orchard tours, beekeeping demonstrations, and cooking with apples presentations.

There is no charge for admission or parking.  Please see our website, www.distillerylaneciderworks.com, for more information, or contact us at ciderguys@distillerylaneciderworks.com.
