Our Traditional Dry Sparkling Cider is made from a blend of English, French, and American cider apple varieties to give it the right combination of acid, tannins and sugar for a fine hard cider. Crisp tart flavors are undercut by a hint of yeast from the bottle conditioning used to produce the sparkle. Perfect for a hot summer day or an evening toast. Best served cold.
